Moderator Team Update

After the evaluation of applications, I want to inform you that Freeza will be our new Test Moderator.
He will undergo a 2 week training and hopes that he passed it.

Moreover, our Moderator Reborne will be promoted as a Lead Moderator, he had shown great responsibility and he deserves this. He will be helping me in managing the forum.
